Aseptically reconstitute 1 vial with 5 ml of sterile distilled water/alcohol. Mix gently until complete dissolution. Aseptically add to 500 ml of BOLTON SELECTIVE ENRICHMENT BROTH BASE (Cat. 1441), autoclaved and cooled to 50. Mix well and distribute into sterile containers.
