No organic solvents are needed to apply SERVA Violet 17 staining.The SERVA Violet 17 Staining Kit contains 1 g SERVA Violet 17 and 500 ml stain solubilizer solution, ready-to-use solutions for fixation (2 x 500 ml) and destaining (500 ml) and a detailed protocol for the detection procedure. The kit contains enough stain and solutions for 5 to 10 applications (large/small gels).
