Product Description
Kit comprising 4 plastic-backed gels, including running and equilibration buffers, FS wicks and cooling contact fluid. Suitable for running 2 x 11 cm IPG strips plus 1 marker lane by horizontal electrophoresis on HPEËäó BlueTower, HPEËäó BlueHorizon or Multiphor IIËäó. Gels are on standard backing providing best results for Silver and Coomassie’« staining. Not suitable for fluorescent applications.
