Applications

  • Isolation CLOSTRIDIUM PERFRINGENS

Packaging

Aseptically reconstitute 1 vial with 2 ml of sterile distilled water.Mix gently until complete dissolution and aseptically add to 500 ml of TSC AGAR BASE (Cat.1029),autoclaved,cooled to 50 °C and with 25 ml of EGG YOLK EMULSION (Cat.5152)added.Mix well and distribute into sterile containers. If desired,this supplement can also be added to 500 ml of CLOSTRIDIUM PERFRINGENS AGAR BASE (Cat.1132).
