Product description

Selective medium for the enrichment and isolation of enterococci from diverse clinical materials and of highly contaminated products of sanitary importance

Packaging

Suspend 42.6 grams of the medium in one liter of distilled water. Mix well and dissolve by heating with frequent agitation. Boil for one minute until complete dissolution. Sterilize in autoclave at 118°C for 15 minutes. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Cool to 45–50°C, mix well and dispense into Petri dishes.

Caution: This medium is toxic if swallowed, inhaled or comes into contact with the skin. Wear gloves and eye/face protection.
