Aseptically reconstitute 1 vial with 10 ml of warm sterile distilled water Mix gently until complete dissolution and aseptically add to 500 ml of LEGIONELLA CYE AGAR BASE (Cat. 1311), after autoclaving, cooling to 50°C and adding 5 vials of LEGIONELLA BCYE GROWTH SUPPLEMENT (Cat. 6022) to it. Mix well and distribute into sterile containers.
